What all people know is the hard work to set up a pc to make it a Linux based <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Digital_audio_workstation\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"DAW on Wikipedia\">DAW<\/a>, but, even if it&#8217;s still not so simple, it&#8217;s less tricky than it might seem.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t pretend to write a great post on how to do it, but I can give you some links to help you starting to build and install your own linux DAW with the awesome advantage of the FREE software.<\/p>\n<p>Here you are some useful links to start (I really liked that ones, title=\"WINE: Run Windows applications on Linux\" href=\"http:\/\/www.winehq.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">WINE<\/a>, <a title=\"VSTHost\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hermannseib.com\/english\/vsthost.htm\" target=\"_blank\">VSTHost<\/a> and <strong>FREE<\/strong> plugins by <a title=\"LePou plugins\" href=\"http:\/\/lepouplugins.blogspot.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">LePou<\/a> and <a title=\"TSE Audio\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theserinaexperiment.net\/website\/home.htm\" target=\"_blank\">TSE<\/a> I managed to get some KILLER sounds playing my crappy and cheapy SG guitar obtaining good results, in the below image you can find how I connected these plugins on VSTHost application:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a title=\"Download TSE 808 from TSE website\"
